Rebates for Private Patients
Medicare:
If your child has a referral under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Please speak with your GP to find out more.
Private Health Insurance:
Rebates may be available through your private health fund, depending on your level of cover. We suggest to contact your insurer directly to see what is covered by your specific plan.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can offer appointments to other families in need:
Cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum of 48hrs notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Non-attendance without notice will incur the full consultation fee.
